FP&A Analyst
£55,000 to £60,000 per annum
London - Hybrid Working (3 days a week in the office)

A high-growth international organisation is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its European finance team. This is a broad role combining core FP&A responsibilities with exposure to financial modelling, capital expenditure and investment analysis.
The position would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, partnering with stakeholders and using financial analysis to support commercial and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, working with stakeholders to ensure assumptions remain accurate and commercially focused.
- Prepare high-quality management reporting, variance analysis and financial commentary for senior leadership.
- Support forecasting across revenue, EBITDA, CapEx, cash flow and headcount.
- Partner with departments across the business to review costs, challenge assumptions and understand key performance drivers.
- Maintain and develop financial models to support forecasting, performance analysis and longer-term planning.
- Analyse business performance, capital expenditure and investment returns to support commercial decision-making.
- Prepare financial analysis and presentation materials for senior management.
- Improve and automate recurring reporting and forecasting processes, increasing efficiency and quality of financial information.
- Work closely with finance teams internationally to share best practice and improve financial processes.
- Provide ad hoc financial and commercial analysis to support wider business priorities.

About you:
- Newly Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
- Strong FP&A experience across budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with good PowerPoint skills.
- Commercially minded with the ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with the confidence to challenge assumptions and provide meaningful insight.
- Experience within a complex, international or capital-intensive business would be advantageous.
