FP&A Supply Chain Analyst – EMEA/APAC

As we continue expanding our EMEA footprint, we’re looking for a talented Commercial Excellence Director – Europe to lead and elevate commercial performance and customer experience across our European region.

At DwyerOmega, we're looking for an FP&A Supply Chain Analyst to partner closely with our Supply Chain and Operations teams across EMEA and APAC. This is a highly visible role where you'll go beyond traditional financial analysis to help drive operational performance, working capital optimization, inventory management, and cost efficiency across a complex international manufacturing network.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit behind spreadsheets all day. We're seeking someone who is genuinely curious about supply chain operations and wants to understand the full journey of our products, from suppliers and purchasing decisions through manufacturing, inventory management, and customer delivery. You'll work directly with operations leaders to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and influence strategic decision-making across the region.

What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance leaders across EMEA and APAC to improve performance and drive business results.
- Analyze inventory, purchasing, production, and supply chain costs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO) reporting and provide actionable recommendations to improve working capital performance.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment between financial plans and operational requirements.
- Develop meaningful KPIs and reporting that provide greater visibility into supply chain performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, Kaizen events, and productivity projects across the organization.
- Translate complex data into insights that drive better business decisions.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Cost Accounting, Operations Finance, or a related field.
- Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with commercial curiosity.
- Advanced Excel capabilities and experience working with ERP systems.
- The ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across functions and geographies.
