FP&A Analyst | Restaurants | Central London | Hybrid | £40-45k plus bonus

A well-known restaurant business is looking to recruit a CIMA/ACCA part-qualified candidate to join its finance function.

Working closely with the Head of Commercial Finance, main duties include:

  • Build and maintain the annual budget and rolling reforecasts, working closely with operations and central departments
  • Period-end reporting
  • Track covers, average spend, and sales trends across the business
  • Labour and cost-of-sales analytics — monitor labour productivity and cost of sales against target
  • Work with BI and AI-led analytics platforms to automate reporting and improve data quality
  • Partner with operations, marketing, supply chain, and people teams
  • Ad-hoc analysis and investment appraisal and business case analysis
