North London - Hybrid Working

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum depending upon experience

Are you an ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified accountant looking for a hybrid FP&A commercial analyst?

We are seeking a commercially minded and qualified finance professional to support financial performance, revenue and cost management across the business. This role will play a key part in both retrospective performance analysis and forward-looking forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.

Working closely with the Head of Finance and operational stakeholders, you will provide meaningful financial insight that drives performance improvement and supports business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and reforecasts in line with Group reporting requirements.
  • Analyse business performance and identify key drivers impacting financial and operational results.
  • Partner with business leaders and operational teams to drive performance improvements and cost efficiencies.
  • Produce and monitor financial and non-financial KPI reporting for key stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Support the month-end and period-end close process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
  • Deliver insightful analysis to ensure senior management and the Board have a clear understanding of financial and operational performance.
  • Utilise existing systems and reporting tools to enhance data analytics capabilities and improve management information.
  • Develop and expand performance reporting frameworks to support informed decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
