We're partnering with a growing professional services firm to recruit an experienced Associate Director to play a key role in the expansion of its Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) offering.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys combining strategic client advisory work with business development and team leadership. You'll work with ambitious scale-up and growth businesses, helping them make smarter decisions through high-quality forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling, performance reporting, and strategic insight.

As a senior leader within the team, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, lead complex FP&A engagements, and drive the growth of the proposition by identifying and converting new business opportunities. You'll also support the development of an expanding FP&A team, ensuring excellent client outcomes, strong commercial performance, and alignment with firm-wide standards and objectives.
We're looking for someone with:
- ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong accounting and commercial finance background
- Proven experience delivering FP&A services
- A track record in business development and winning new work
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with experience across a range of FP&A tools
- Experience leading teams and delivering projects in a collaborative environment
