Finance Manager (FP&A)

Salary: £75,000-£78,000 + 15% Bonus

Location: Hybrid

Team: 1 Direct Report (Finance Analyst)

High End Retail

A well-known retail business is looking for a qualified Finance Manager to join its FP&A team. This role will support commercial decision-making through insightful analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business partnering with senior stakeholders.

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
  • Deliver monthly management reporting with clear variance analysis and commentary.
  • Provide commercial insight to support business performance and investment decisions.
  • Monitor P&L risks and opportunities and partner with stakeholders to drive results.
  • Own cash flow forecasting and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Drive process improvements across finance reporting and planning.
  • Manage and develop a Finance Analyst.

Requirements

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
  • Strong FP&A, commercial finance and business partnering experience.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, consumer-facing or retail environment is advantageous.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
