FP&A Lead | Consumer Tech Scale-Up

Salary: £80,000 to £90,000 + Bonus + Equity
Location: London (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week)

Join a fast-growing consumer tech brand during an exciting growth phase.

We're looking for an FP&A Manager to take ownership and help shape the future of the commercial finance function. This is a high-impact role within a scaling consumer business, offering genuine influence across marketing, operations, and leadership teams.

The Role

This is far more than a traditional FP&A position. You'll sit at the centre of the business, owning forecasting, commercial analysis, and strategic planning across a high-growth subscription model.

You'll partner closely with senior leaders to provide the insight, challenge, and recommendations needed to drive sustainable growth, improve unit economics, and maximise customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
  • Deliver insightful reporting and analysis on revenue, subscription performance, and key SaaS/D2C metrics
  • Partner with Marketing to optimise customer acquisition spend and improve ROI
  • Analyse customer cohorts, retention trends, churn, and lifetime value to support growth initiatives
  • Build and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making
  • Lead board and investor reporting, providing clear and actionable insights
  • Develop KPI dashboards to improve visibility across the business
  • Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to drive efficiency and margin improvement
  • Identify risks and opportunities across trading performance and proactively recommend actions
  • Improve FP&A processes, systems, and reporting capabilities as the business scales

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
