Description
- Manage and oversee the company's financial planning and analysis activities.
- Prepare and present detailed budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial alignment and efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance metrics.
- Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate potential business opportunities or risks.
- Support the senior management team with financial modelling and ad-hoc analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Profile
A successful Financial Planning and Analysis Manager should have:
- Strong experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
- A relevant qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information clearly.
