FP&A Manager – Leeds / Hybrid

£73,000 + benefits

I’m working with a highly respected organisation on an exciting opportunity for an experienced FP&A Manager to join their finance leadership team.

This is a broad role combining FP&A, financial planning, business partnering, team leadership and transformation, with the successful candidate playing a key role in supporting senior stakeholders and shaping the future direction of the finance function.

You’ll lead an established team of Finance Business Partners and Finance Analysts, providing leadership and development while continuing to strengthen the way finance partners with the wider business.

The organisation is also going through a period of significant change, with a number of finance transformation initiatives underway. This creates a genuine opportunity for someone to improve processes, reporting and systems rather than simply inherit an existing FP&A function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You'll ideally have experience in:

  • FP&A, financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
  • Long-term financial modelling and strategic planning
  • Leading and developing finance teams
  • Business partnering at a senior level
  • Improving processes, reporting and financial systems
  • Managing and embedding change
