FP&A Manager | Investment Management
£80,000–£90,000 | 12–18 Month FTC | London | Hybrid – 3 days in office
I’m working with a listed investment business looking to hire an experienced FP&A Manager for a 12 to 18 month fixed-term contract.
Reporting into the Head of FP&A, this is a broad, hands-on role covering long-term forecasting, capital allocation and liquidity planning, scenario modelling, Board reporting and strategic analysis, alongside supporting the business with investor relations activity.

- Ownership and development of financial and capital allocation models
- Long-term forecasting, scenario analysis and stress testing
- Budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
- Preparation of Board and committee reporting
- Supporting investor presentations, results and shareholder communications
- Working closely with senior stakeholders including the Head of FP&A and CFO
- Improving FP&A processes, reporting and use of financial data
Requirements
Looking for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with strong FP&A and advanced Excel/modelling skills. Experience within an investment trust, listed investment company, private equity or asset management environment would be particularly relevant.
