The role
The FP&A Manager is responsible for leading Soldo's operational cost planning and budgeting processes, enhancing cost management processes, while providing commercial insights to support strategic decision-making.
As the Finance Business Partner for our regulated Financial Services businesses, deliver Board reporting and support on regulatory returns, including Mastercard submissions. You will also work closely with key stakeholders to manage intercompany agreements and ensure robust financial governance, helping drive accurate reporting, continuous process improvement, and the achievement of Soldo's financial objectives.

We are looking for someone who must have
- Significant experience in a FP&A, commercial finance, or corporate finance role
- Experience managing budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Excellent financial modelling skills, showing ability to balance knowledge of tactical details with a broader strategic vision
- Solid Excel skills, allowing data manipulation and presentation of complex data sets
- Familiarity with NetSuite
- Experience demonstrating continuous improvement of planning processes and reporting efficiency
- Great communication skills, a keen business acumen, critical thinking skills and the drive to help others in the team
