Blackwaters are looking for a FP&A Manager to join an international, Private Equity–backed IT services business.
The Role
We are seeking a commercially astute FP&A Manager to lead the UK FP&A function and transform into standardised processes across all entities. Reporting directly into Global HQ, you will act as a true business partner, driving insight, performance, and value creation across the group. This is a high-visibility FP&A leadership role closely engaging with the UK board.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of the entire FP&A function for UK entities
- Transform legacy process and systems into unified, consolidated platform
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Deliver high-quality management reporting and performance analysis
- Provide strategic business partnering to operational and commercial leaders
- Support board reporting and PE stakeholder requirements
- Lead financial modelling and support strategic decision-making
- Support M&A and transactional initiatives

About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in international FP&A within a PE-backed, high-growth environment
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience supporting acquisitions or working in acquisitive environments preferred
- Confident managing complex data and delivering clear financial insight
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced growth setting
- Value-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, driving efficiencies, and enhancing financial processes to support scalable growth
