Are you a commercially minded FP&A professional looking to step into a highly visible role where you can shape forecasting, planning and decision-making across a large, complex organisation?
A leading UK-based business is seeking an FP&A Manager to join its growing finance team. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this is a pivotal role responsible for driving budgeting, forecasting, board reporting and long-range planning across the organisation.

This role sits at the heart of the finance function, partnering with senior stakeholders to provide robust financial insight, challenge assumptions and deliver a single, integrated view of business performance across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.

You'll take ownership of the annual budget, rolling forecasts and strategic planning cycles while helping leadership navigate opportunities, risks and future growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and long-range planning process
- Own the end-to-end rolling forecast cycle
- Develop integrated forecasts covering P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Deliver insightful board and executive reporting packs
- Build scenario models, sensitivity analysis and forward-looking business plans
- Coordinate group reporting submissions and planning requirements
- Partner with senior finance and operational stakeholders across the business
- Drive continuous improvement within FP&A processes, reporting and forecasting methodologies

About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Proven experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Business Planning
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling expertise
- Experience presenting financial insights to senior leadership teams
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful commercial recommendations
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-site or multi-entity environment
- Advanced Excel skills with experience of planning, BI or consolidation systems advantageous
Salary
£65,000 to £75,000 + full benefits package to include annual bonus and Hybrid working 2-3 days office based
