FP&A Manager
London (Hybrid) £80,000-£90,000
Must be immediately available or short notice period
Responsibilities
Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the annual budget process and quarterly reforecast cycles from start to finish.
- Partner with teams across the business to gather inputs and deliver robust, commercially-driven financial plans.
Performance Reporting
- Work closely with the Financial Controller to analyse actual performance.
- Identify trends and variances, and continuously enhance forecast accuracy through meaningful insight.
Commercial Finance
- Act as the key point of contact for commercial decision support.
- Deliver detailed analysis across areas such as customer profitability, channel performance, investment opportunities, and new product or market launches.

KPI Ownership
- Develop and maintain the business's KPI framework.
- Ensure financial and operational metrics are clearly defined, consistently measured, and embedded in decision-making.
- Drive a single source of truth across the organisation.
Strategic Modelling
- Own and evolve the long-term financial model.
- Support strategic initiatives including fundraising, business planning, scenario modelling, and growth opportunities.

Business Partnering
- Partner closely with Growth and Retail teams.
- Provide financial insight to support decision-making, budget ownership, and the identification of opportunities to improve performance and drive sustainable growth.
Process Improvement & Systems
- Collaborate with the Financial Controller and Data Lead to strengthen the connection between FP&A and core financial data.
- Enhance automation, efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities across finance processes.
Requirements
- Coming from a Consumer, FMCG or product business, ideally trading internationally.
