Group FP&A Manager
Up to £90,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
London (Hybrid Working 2-3 Days per Week) with Travel Across the Midlands Region
We're partnering with a highly respected and growing Wealth Management business to recruit a Group FP&A Manager. This is a high-profile role offering significant exposure to senior leadership, where you'll play a key part in driving financial performance, strategic decision-making and accountability across multiple business divisions.
You'll work closely with divisional leaders and senior stakeholders, providing financial insight, challenge and support to ensure delivery of the Group's financial objectives. You'll lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management activities while helping to drive continuous improvement across reporting, systems and financial processes. The role also includes leadership responsibility for a team of four finance professionals, including two direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with divisional heads and senior business leaders to drive financial and operational performance across the Group.
- Provide commercial insight, challenge and decision support to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
- Lead the Group's annual budgeting process, ensuring plans are robust, aligned to strategic objectives and supported by clear assumptions.
- Coordinate forecasting and reforecasting processes, providing visibility of risks, opportunities and performance trends.
- Own key elements of monthly management reporting, delivering clear and insightful performance analysis against budget, forecast and prior periods.
- Develop financial models and analytical tools to support commercial decision-making and performance reviews.
- Support Executive and Board-level reporting, providing meaningful financial insight to senior leadership.
- Drive improvements across finance systems, reporting processes, automation and data quality.
- Contribute to wider finance transformation initiatives and help establish best-practice FP&A processes.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of four finance professionals, building strong analytical and commercial capabilities.

About You:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, Strategic Finance or Finance Transformation roles.
- Proven track record leading budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes.
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
- Previous experience managing and developing finance teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insight.
- Passionate about driving process improvement, automation and better use of finance systems and data.
- Experience within Wealth Management (5 years +)
- A confident communicator who can challenge constructively and build strong stakeholder relationships.
