Financial Planning and Analysis Manager | PE backed TMT | Salary £75,000 - £90,000 + bonus and benefits | London | Hybrid working

I am partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed business in the TMT sector on a serious upward curve acquiring, integrating, and scaling at pace. The plan is ambitious and the next chapter needs a genuine FP&A leader to bring it all together.

Reporting directly into the CFO, you'll own the story behind the numbers, the forecasting, the budgeting, the strategic modelling, and the commercial insight that helps the leadership team make sharper, faster decisions. This is a rare chance to build and influence at a business where finance has a seat at the table and where what you do genuinely moves the dial.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning cycles, and making them slicker every time round
  • Turning data into decisions, partnering with stakeholders across the business to challenge, guide and drive commercial performance
  • Building the models and analysis that underpin M&A activity, integrations and strategic investment cases
  • Being the CFO's right hand on board packs, investor reporting and the numbers that matter to our PE backers
  • Leading, developing and getting the best out of one direct report
  • Bringing rigour, curiosity and a commercial lens to everything, spotting the opportunities and the risks before anyone else does

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
