FP&A Manager
Salary: £80,000-£90,000 + Bonus

Finatal is partnering with a private equity-backed software business generating circa £100m ARR. Backed by a leading investor and operating in a high-growth, recurring revenue environment, the business is entering an exciting phase of scale and is seeking an FP&A Manager to strengthen its commercial finance and strategic planning capabilities.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will sit at the heart of the business, providing financial insight, challenging decision-making, and supporting key value creation initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified ACA looking to make their first or second move from Transaction Services, Deals Advisory, or Consulting into a high-growth SaaS environment.

The Role
- Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Delivery of monthly management reporting, KPI analysis, and performance insights
- Business partnering with commercial and operational stakeholders across the organisation
- Financial modelling, scenario planning, and strategic analysis to support decision-making
- Support production of board packs, investor reporting, and lender requirements
- Analysis of SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, and customer profitability
- Support value creation initiatives, acquisitions, and integration activities
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting, systems, and FP&A processes
- Ad hoc project work for the CFO and wider leadership team

The Candidate
- ACA qualified, ideally from a Top 10 practice
- Background in Transaction Services, Deals Advisory, Valuations, or Consulting preferred
- Exposure to SaaS, software, or recurring revenue business models
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially minded with a desire to influence decision-making
- Ambitious individual seeking a fast-paced, high-growth, and PE-backed environment with clear progression opportunities
