FP&A Manager

We are working with a large, purpose-led organisation to recruit an FP&A Manager into its Finance and Treasury function.

This is a senior FP&A role with a strong focus on long-term financial planning, financial modelling and scenario analysis. Working closely with the Head of FP&A, you will help maintain the organisation's long-term financial plan and provide the analysis and insight that supports strategic, investment and funding decisions.

  • Preparing and maintaining annual and long-term financial plans
  • Developing financial models to support strategic planning, investment decisions, funding requirements and business cases
  • Producing scenario analysis, stress testing and mitigation assessments
  • Supporting regulatory returns and ensuring consistency with the approved business plan
  • Monitoring KPIs and identifying emerging financial risks and opportunities
  • Developing monthly cash-flow forecasts
  • Supporting covenant, financial capacity and funding analysis
  • Producing high-quality analysis and reporting for Executive, Board and Committee meetings
  • Working closely with senior finance and operational stakeholders to challenge assumptions and improve decision-making
  • Identifying opportunities to improve and automate financial planning and reporting processes
  • Providing support, coaching and development to FP&A Analysts
