Company: A global health technology business is seeking a FP&A Manager to join its FP&A function on an initial contract. This is a highly analytical role, sitting at the intersection of finance, data and technology, where you'll help strengthen financial modelling capability, improve reporting and play a key role in the ongoing optimisation of finance systems and processes.

Working within a collaborative finance team, you'll combine commercial insight with technical expertise to deliver better reporting, enhanced financial models and improved decision-making across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing sophisticated financial models to support strategic planning, forecasting and commercial decision-making
  • Providing advanced analytical support to the FP&A team, delivering meaningful insights from complex datasets
  • Partnering with finance and technology teams to improve data quality, reporting and systems capability
  • Supporting the stabilisation, optimisation and continuous improvement of ERP and finance reporting processes
  • Translating financial and operational data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Driving improvements to reporting architecture, automation and overall finance processes
  • Supporting testing, validation and data integrity throughout systems enhancement initiatives
  • Acting as the link between finance, data and technology teams to ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements

Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified
  • Able to demonstrate exceptional financial modelling and advanced analytical capability within an FP&A environment
  • Experienced in supporting ERP implementations, stabilisation programmes or finance systems enhancements
  • Comfortable working with large, complex datasets to produce meaningful commercial insights
  • Experienced in improving reporting processes, finance systems and data architecture
  • A confident stakeholder manager with the ability to communicate complex financial information to both finance and non-finance audiences
  • Naturally curious, proactive and comfortable operating in environments undergoing change and transformation
  • Someone who enjoys building and improving finance capabilities, rather than simply maintaining existing processes
