ORGANISATIONAL CONTEXT & JOB PURPOSE

At INEOS Energy, we produce and trade oil, gas, liquefied natural gas (LNG) and carbon credits. This is supported by our investments in low-carbon technologies, which will help sustain our business through the energy transition. Examples include Project Greensand, our pioneering carbon storage project in the Danish North Sea, and our investment in HydrogenOne Capital.

The FP&A Manager will report directly to the Business Controller and will be responsible for overseeing all internal reporting across INEOS Energy.

The FP&A Manager plays a key leadership role within the Finance function and is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis and management reporting across INEOS Energy, providing senior leadership with insight to support strategic and operational decisions.

Working closely with the Business Controller, CFO and business leaders, the FP&A Manager leads planning and reporting, improves visibility of financial performance, supports growth initiatives and promotes financial accountability across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
