The Opportunity:

A high-growth, Private Equity-backed SaaS and consumer-led platform is seeking an ambitious FP&A Manager to join its high-performing finance function.

Generating approximately £50 million in revenue and delivering an exceptional 30-40% EBITDA margin, the business has established itself as a market leader through a combination of innovative technology, outstanding customer engagement and operational excellence. With consistent organic growth complemented by a targeted acquisition strategy, the business is continuing to invest heavily in its people, technology and finance capabilities as it accelerates towards its next phase of growth.

This represents an outstanding opportunity for an analytically minded finance professional to join a business where finance sits firmly at the centre of strategic decision making. Reporting directly to an accomplished Director of FP&A, with regular exposure to the Group CFO, the successful individual will play a pivotal role in shaping commercial performance, supporting key strategic initiatives and helping drive a data-led culture across the organisation.

The Role:

The FP&A Manager will become a trusted business partner to senior leaders across the organisation, providing meaningful commercial insight and supporting decision making in a fast-moving, technology-enabled environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across multiple business units.
  • Producing insightful financial models, performance analysis and board-quality reporting.
  • Partnering with senior finance and non-finance stakeholders to improve commercial performance and support strategic initiatives.
  • Delivering variance analysis, KPI reporting and actionable recommendations to influence business decisions.
  • Supporting acquisition activity through financial analysis, modelling and post-acquisition integration.
  • Working closely with the Director of FP&A and Group CFO on strategic projects and business planning.
  • Driving continuous improvements across financial planning processes, reporting and business intelligence.
  • Playing a key role in the business-wide drive to leverage AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, increase reporting accuracy and enhance decision making.
  • Championing best practice within FP&A while helping develop scalable processes capable of supporting continued growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
