Role: FP&A Specialist

Salary: £75-85,000 base salary plus bonus
My client is a high-growth consultancy business with operations across the UK and US, and they are looking to appoint an FP&A Specialist to support their next phase of growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional with exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills to work closely with senior leadership, delivering insight that drives strategic decision-making and business performance.

The role will focus on budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, scenario analysis, and commercial reporting across the UK and US businesses. You'll build dynamic financial models, analyse revenue and profitability, identify key business trends, and partner with stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations that support growth and improve commercial performance.

Ideal Candidate:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Financial Analysis.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Thrives on solving business challenges and influencing strategic decision-making.
- Experience within consultancy, professional services, or another people-led business would be advantageous.
