The Person We Are Looking For
- Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a paraplanner
- Diploma qualified
- Studying towards, or keen to pursue, further professional financial planning qualifications
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client service
- Interested in developing both technical knowledge and client-facing skills
- Looking for genuine career progression and long-term opportunities
- Is prepared to be mainly office based so we can provide the necessary training

Anticipated Time frame (subject to ability / business needs)
- Years 1 & 2 building on existing Financial Planning Assistant skills
- Years 3,4 & 5 working towards & gaining Chartered status
- Year 5 onwards – migrating into full-time Chartered Financial Planner role, taking leads and direct responsibility for clients
Salary
£35,000 to £45,000 depending on level of experience
