IFA Administrator | Nottingham - £27,000 - £30,000 DOE | Hybrid
We’re working with a well-established, Chartered and independent financial planning and investment management business who are looking to add an experienced IFA Administrator to their Nottingham team.
The Nottingham office has a well-established team of Financial Planners, Paraplanners and Administrators, creating a supportive and professional environment for someone looking to develop their career within financial services.
The Role
- Providing administration support to Financial Planners and Paraplanners
- Preparing client documentation and supporting the advice process
- Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection
- Obtaining valuations and policy information from providers
- Liaising with clients, providers and third parties
- Preparing information for client meetings and annual reviews
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating CRM systems
- Supporting the team with the smooth delivery of the client journey
- Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and within required timescales

About You
- Previous experience within an IFA, financial planning or wealth management environment
- Good understanding of financial services administration
- Experience working with pensions and investments
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communicating with clients, advisers and providers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Experience with financial planning platforms or CRM systems would be beneficial
- Someone who is keen to develop their knowledge and build a long-term career within financial planning
