The Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) practice seeking an IFA Administrator to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career within financial planning. The successful candidate will receive full training and support while gaining valuable experience working alongside experienced Financial Advisers and administrators.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers and the wider team.
  • Assist with preparing client documentation and meeting packs.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems.
  • Liaise with clients, providers and third parties via telephone and email.
  • Support the processing of new business and client documentation.
  • Request and obtain policy information and valuations.
  • Assist with client reviews and ongoing servicing.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in line with FCA requirements.
  • Provide professional and efficient support to ensure a positive client experience.

  • Currently studying towards CII R0 qualifications (essential).
  • Genuine interest in building a career within financial planning/wealth management.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities.
  • Previous office administration or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
