IFA Administrator - Chorley

About the Role

An established Wealth Management business based in Liverpool is looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to join its team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in financial services administration who enjoys supporting Financial Advisers, building strong client relationships and managing the day-to-day administration of new and ongoing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, providers and advisers.
  • Process new and ongoing business across pensions, investments, ISAs, bonds and protection.
  • Prepare client correspondence, reports and suitability report enclosures.
  • Manage Letters of Authority and obtain policy and investment information.
  • Produce portfolio valuations, tax packs and annual review documentation.
  • Liaise with providers to resolve queries and ensure requests are completed.
  • Monitor cases, chase outstanding requirements and keep business moving through to completion.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems.
  • Coordinate adviser diaries, appointments and client meetings.
  • Support the wider administration team during busy periods.

About You

  • Previous experience in an IFA or Wealth Management administration role.
  • Good understanding of pensions, investments and financial services products.
  • Experience supporting Financial Advisers or Wealth Managers.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a team.
