IFA Administrator - Macclesfield - Hybrid
We’re working with an established and growing financial planning business in Macclesfield that is looking to add an experienced IFA Administrator to its team.
This is a varied role supporting Financial Advisers and Paraplanners across the full client journey, within a friendly and professional environment.
The Role
- Supporting advisers and paraplanners with day-to-day administration
- Preparing client meeting and annual review documentation
- Processing new business and client transactions
- Liaising with providers, clients and third parties
- Managing Letters of Authority and outstanding requirements
- Maintaining accurate client records and compliance documentation
- Updating back-office systems
- Assisting with client onboarding and ongoing servicing

About You
- Previous experience within an IFA, financial planning or wealth management environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Confident communicating with clients and providers
- Good understanding of financial planning administration
- Experience with back-office systems such as Intelligent Office or Xplan would be advantageous
- A proactive and team-focused approach
