IFA Administrator - Macclesfield - Hybrid

We’re working with an established and growing financial planning business in Macclesfield that is looking to add an experienced IFA Administrator to its team.

This is a varied role supporting Financial Advisers and Paraplanners across the full client journey, within a friendly and professional environment.

The Role

  • Supporting advisers and paraplanners with day-to-day administration
  • Preparing client meeting and annual review documentation
  • Processing new business and client transactions
  • Liaising with providers, clients and third parties
  • Managing Letters of Authority and outstanding requirements
  • Maintaining accurate client records and compliance documentation
  • Updating back-office systems
  • Assisting with client onboarding and ongoing servicing

About You

  • Previous experience within an IFA, financial planning or wealth management environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation
  • Confident communicating with clients and providers
  • Good understanding of financial planning administration
  • Experience with back-office systems such as Intelligent Office or Xplan would be advantageous
  • A proactive and team-focused approach
