Role Description
The Financial Planning Assistant will support advisers in delivering high-quality financial planning services to clients in the South Wales Area. This full-time, on-site role involves:

- Preparing and maintaining client documentation
- Organizing review meetings
- Assisting with the production of suitability reports and financial plans
- Managing client records and data

The Financial Planning Assistant will liaise with clients and internal teams, respond to queries, and help coordinate workflows to ensure timely completion of tasks. The position offers the opportunity to develop industry knowledge and progress within a structured wealth management environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Financial Planning and Finance, with an understanding of investment, retirement, and protection solutions.
- Analytical Skills to interpret financial information, identify client needs, and support the preparation of recommendations.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including organizing documentation, maintaining records, and managing schedules.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and a commitment to regulatory and compliance standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfort with common office software and financial planning tools; experience in wealth management or financial services is beneficial.
- Relevant education in finance, business, or a related field; professional qualifications or progress toward them (e.g., financial planning certifications) are an advantage.
