Finance Associate
Mackenzie Stuart have been engaged by a leading Real Estate firm who are seeking a Finance Associate to join their London office. This Associate role supports portfolio and property-level analysis, enabling senior leadership and operational partners to make informed, data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support property-level budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; investigate and explain material performance variances
- Develop and maintain financial models using Power BI and Anaplan to track portfolio and individual property performance
- Conduct property, operator, and portfolio-level financial statement reviews (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow analysis)
- Deliver operational analysis and insights to drive improved outcomes across the portfolio
- Prepare and support quarterly financial performance reporting to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to translate data into strategic insights
- Support ad hoc financial and segment-level analysis as business priorities require

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 3–5+ years of relevant FP&A, financial analysis, or real estate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and analytical platforms (Anaplan or equivalent); strong Excel skills
- Demonstrated experience with multi-property or portfolio-level financial analysis
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex financial insights clearly to senior stakeholders
- ACA, CFA or MBA preferred but not required
