Are you an experienced Paraplanner or Financial Services professional looking to take the next step towards becoming a Financial Adviser?
We are delighted to be partnering with a highly respected and successful financial planning firm in Cheltenham to recruit a Financial Planning Associate.
This is a rare opportunity to join a boutique, client-focused business with an excellent reputation for delivering exceptional financial advice and building long-term client relationships.
Unlike many Financial Planning Associate roles, this position offers genuine exposure to the full advice process. You will work closely with experienced advisers, attend client meetings and develop the skills and experience needed to progress into an authorised advisory role.

What we're looking for:
- Experience within financial services (essential).
- Paraplanning experience or a similar financial planning background.
- Working towards the Level 4 Diploma (CII or CISI).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- A proactive approach with a genuine ambition to develop.
