Career

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Planner, Financial Adviser or Senior Paraplanner who enjoys identifying better ways of working and influencing positive change.

You may have spent years delivering advice, supporting advisers or improving operational processes and are now looking to apply your expertise in a broader role where you can shape how financial planning is delivered across the business. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your technical knowledge and practical experience while building a career in business transformation, process improvement and change management.

About the role

As a Financial Planning Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting business-led change across our financial planning and wealth management business. Reporting to the Business Transformation Manager, you will act as the bridge between Financial Planners, Advisers, Paraplanners, Operations and Technology teams to ensure change initiatives are practical, effective and deliver positive outcomes for both clients and colleagues.

Drawing on your financial planning experience, you will analyse current processes, identify opportunities for improvement and help design future ways of working. You'll ensure proposed solutions work in the real world and support the delivery of an efficient, scalable and client-focused advice proposition.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
