Are you an experienced Financial Planning Administrator, IFA Administrator, Investment Administrator or Paraplanner looking for your next opportunity within a growing independent financial planning business?

We're looking for a Financial Planning Administrator – Investments & Pensions to join an established financial planning and wealth management firm in Barnet.
This is a varied role supporting advisers and clients across investments, pensions, financial planning and mortgage administration, with the main focus being on investment and pension administration.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting financial advisers with day-to-day client administration
  • Processing investment and pension applications and ongoing servicing
  • Assisting with pension and investment transfers
  • Liaising with pension providers, investment platforms and insurers
  • Supporting ISAs, SIPPs, pensions and investment accounts
  • Preparing client review documentation and meeting packs
  • Assisting with client onboarding, fact-finds and new business
  • Maintaining accurate CRM and client records
  • Chasing outstanding information from clients and providers
  • Supporting advisers with ongoing client reviews
  • Ensuring administration is completed accurately and in line with regulatory requirements
  • Assisting with mortgage administration and case progression where required
  • Contributing to improvements in processes and client service

What we're looking for:
We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

  • Financial Planning Administration
  • IFA Administration
  • Wealth Management Administration
  • Investment Administration
  • Pension Administration
  • Paraplanning
  • Financial Adviser Support
  • Client Services within Financial Services

You'll need to have practical experience with investments and/or pensions, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client cases and deadlines.
Mortgage experience would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
Relevant qualifications such as CII, CISI or CeMAP are welcomed, although practical experience is the priority.
