About the Role
Ready to help shape the future of wealth management?
At Cooper Parry Wealth, we don't do things because "that's how they've always been done". We challenge the status quo, rethink the traditional wealth model, and build better experiences for our clients and our people.
We're looking for a Financial Planning Systems & Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in how our business runs and evolves. This is an opportunity to sit at the centre of operations, technology, data and transformation, driving improvements that genuinely make a difference.
Whether your background is in financial planning operations, paraplanning, administration, systems management, or process improvement, this role offers the chance to take ownership, influence change, and help shape what's next.
Working closely with our Transformation Director, you'll support the day-to-day running of our operations while helping deliver strategic projects that improve efficiency, enhance the client experience, and future-proof our business.
You'll:
- Keep our systems, processes and operational support running smoothly and effectively
- Be the go-to person for operational challenges, process improvements, and finding smarter ways of working
- Support the delivery of business-wide transformation and change initiatives
- Take ownership of our CRM and client portal, ensuring data quality, user adoption and continuous improvement
- Turn operational data into meaningful insights through reporting and KPI tracking
- Champion innovation, automation and technology adoption across the business
- Develop and improve processes, documentation and operational best practice
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving how things work, and making a visible impact every day.
As we're continuing to grow our Wealth presence across the UK, we're ideally looking for someone who is happy to travel occasionally to support teams, projects and growth initiatives in different locations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You

- Understand financial planning systems and technology, and enjoy challenging existing ways of working to drive improvement
- Feel comfortable leading or supporting change and helping teams adopt new processes, systems and ways of working
