Company Description

Fore Partner Support Services is a specialist business support provider based in the North West of England, delivering administrative support, paraplanning, and client servicing solutions to St. James's Place advisers across the UK.

Working closely with adviser practices of varying sizes, we help ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of financial planning services by providing high-quality operational, technical, and client support. Our experienced team assists with new business processing, client reviews, provider liaison, report preparation, paraplanning support, and ongoing servicing requirements.

From our modern offices in Birkdale Village, Southport, we combine industry knowledge, robust processes, and a commitment to excellent client outcomes to help adviser businesses operate more efficiently and focus on what they do best, building and maintaining strong client relationships.

The Financial Planning Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Southport, providing operational, administrative, and technical support to St. James's Place adviser practices across the UK. Working as part of a busy and collaborative team, the successful candidate will support multiple adviser firms, helping them deliver a high-quality service to their clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Preparing client review documentation
  • Gathering and verifying client information
  • Liaising with providers and third parties
  • Submitting and tracking new business cases
  • Maintaining accurate client records
  • Supporting advisers with ongoing servicing requirements

The role will also involve:

  • Assisting with paraplanning activities
  • Coordinating meeting preparation
  • Resolving client and provider queries
  • Ensuring that adviser practices remain compliant with regulatory standards and internal processes

The successful candidate will play an important role in helping adviser firms operate efficiently by delivering accurate, professional, and timely support across a wide range of financial planning activities. This position is ideally suited to an individual who enjoys working behind the scenes, takes pride in attention to detail, and wants to build a long-term career within financial services operations and client support.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload effectively, and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment

Desirable Skills

  • Understanding of UK financial services, pensions, investments, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience of SJP systems, including Salesforce
