Role Description

The Financial Protection role at Owl Financial is a full-time, on-site position based in Brighton. In this role, the team member will meet clients face-to-face to assess their financial protection needs, explain product options, and recommend suitable solutions such as life, critical illness, accident, income protection, and home insurance. Daily activities include conducting client consultations, gathering and analyzing financial and personal information, preparing tailored proposals, and ensuring documentation and applications are completed accurately and in line with regulatory requirements. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial protection products and market developments, managing a pipeline of client cases, and providing ongoing support and reviews to help clients adjust their protection as their circumstances change. Collaboration with mortgage and specialist partners may be required to ensure clients receive comprehensive financial guidance.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain complex financial concepts clearly, build trust, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Relevant experience in financial advice, ideally in a client-facing role.
  • Basic knowledge in using computer.
  • Ability to work in a structured, guideline-driven environment while maintaining high ethical standards and attention to detail.
