Financial Reporting Manager | Listed Real Estate Business | West London
We're looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to join the finance team of a leading listed real estate business, reporting directly to the Head of Financial Reporting.
This is a broad role covering financial reporting, technical accounting, audit management, controls, business partnering, and team development, with the opportunity to make a real impact across the Group.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead month-end close and provide high-quality weekly and monthly management reporting to senior stakeholders and the Board.
- Support the delivery of the Group's interim and full-year statutory accounts and reporting.
- Manage the external audit process, working closely with auditors to resolve queries and meet deadlines.
- Prepare and review technical accounting papers, disclosures, and financial reporting workpapers under IFRS.
- Take ownership of key areas including IFRS 15, provisions, tax accounting, adjusted items, and covenant reporting.
- Support acquisition accounting under IFRS 3 and the integration of acquired businesses.
- Drive improvements to financial reporting processes, controls, and systems.
- One direct report.

What we're looking for:
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- Top 10 trained, with strong audit and financial reporting experience
- Experience within a listed business is preferred
- Strong IFRS knowledge, particularly IFRS 15 and financial controls. IFRS 3 and acquisition accounting experience preferred
- Ideally 2+ years of post-practice corporate experience
- Strong Excel skills desirable
- Strong communication and report-writing skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, collaborative, and naturally inquisitive approach, with the ability to balance detail with the bigger picture.

The Role:
- West London office with 3 days office / 2 days from home
- Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 DOE + £5,000 bonus
- 33 days holiday including Bank Holidays
