An established organisation in the Northern Home Counties is seeking an experienced qualified accountant to support a period of finance transformation and change.
Client Details
This organisation operates within the property industry and is based in Hertfordshire.
Description
This hands-on role will focus on strengthening balance sheet controls, resolving historic accounting issues, supporting statutory reporting, and providing technical accounting expertise. The successful candidate will also play a key role in embedding a newly implemented finance system and improving financial processes and controls.

- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience
- Statutory accounts and audit exposure
- Balance sheet reconciliation and controls expertise
- Experience within social housing or another complex regulated sector would be highly advantageous

- Up to £75,000

Desired Skills and Experience
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience
- Statutory accounts and audit exposure
- Balance sheet reconciliation and controls expertise
- FRS 102 knowledge
- Experience within social housing or another regulated sector would be highly advantageous
