The Role
As The Financial Reporting Manager, You’ll
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and shareholder financial reporting obligations.
- Lead treasury activities, including cash flow forecasts and banking relationships.
- Oversee the Purchase to Pay team, driving process improvements and efficiency.
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations and support external audits.
- Provide technical accounting guidance across the business.

You
To be successful in the role of Financial Reporting Manager, you’ll bring:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong experience in financial reporting and governance, particularly with IFRS.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a finance team.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP.
