Head of Entity Reporting / Head of Group Financial Reporting

Contract – Inside IR35 | Financial Services / Life Insurance

Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is seeking a qualified accountants to join their reporting function during a critical period, as Head of Entity Reporting and Head of Group Financial Reporting.

These are high-profile interim positions offering the opportunity to provide technical accounting leadership, shape reporting quality, and work closely with senior stakeholders during key reporting cycles.

The Role

  • Lead statutory, regulatory and management reporting across the business
  • Provide technical accounting oversight and challenge key judgements
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy and integrity of reporting outputs
  • Manage engagement with senior finance stakeholders
  • Support executive decision-making during critical reporting periods

About You

  • Senior qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • Significant financial services experience, ideally within life insurance
  • Proven track record leading statutory, regulatory and management reporting
  • Strong technical accounting background with the confidence to challenge and influence
  • Experience with reporting change and consolidation architecture is desirable
