We are looking for a Financial Services Administrator to join our dedicated Financial Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a professional yet friendly environment where your contribution will make a real difference to both colleagues and clients.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including managing diaries, arranging client appointments, maintaining accurate records and liaising with clients and providers. Your ability to stay organised, communicate effectively and work accurately will help us continue to deliver an exceptional service.

Whether you already have administrative experience or are looking to develop your skills within financial services, we are looking for someone with enthusiasm, professionalism and a willingness to learn and grow with us.

About The Role

As a Financial Services Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support to our Financial Services team, helping to deliver an efficient, accurate and client focused service.

Working closely with colleagues, clients and providers, you will support the day to day running of the department by managing client information, arranging appointments, maintaining records and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with regulatory requirements.

Your Role Will Include

  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintaining accurate records
  • Arranging client appointments and managing team diaries
  • Liaising with clients, providers and colleagues in a professional manner
  • Updating and maintaining client information within back office systems
  • Supporting the preparation of reports and other administrative tasks
  • Assisting with fee reconciliations and general departmental administration
  • Ensuring work is completed accurately, securely and in compliance with regulations
  • Planning and prioritising your workload to meet team deadlines
  • Supporting improvements to systems and processes across the department

You will be supported by an experienced and friendly team who will help you develop your knowledge and confidence within financial services administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, detail oriented and looking to build a long term career within a professional and client focused environment.
