Someone with a couple of years in financial services who understands the language and terminology of financial planning, is well organised, and wants to be developed.
- You would support the advisers and paraplanners, prepare and maintain client files and records, liaise with providers and process business, and handle the general office and client servicing administration. The team is small and established and includes Chartered Financial Planners and paraplanners, so the technical knowledge is sitting alongside you rather than somewhere else in the building.
- The firm has said plainly that responsibility grows over time and that there is scope to support the right person towards a paraplanner role. This is an administrative hire rather than a trainee adviser route, so it suits someone who wants to build technical depth from the operations side up.
