Financial Services Administrator

Are you an organised, client-focused Financial Services Administrator looking for your next opportunity within a highly respected St. James’s Place Appointed Representative?
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Financial Services Administrator to join our team. Working closely with our Advisers and Practice Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth running of the Practice and delivering an excellent experience for our clients.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, both in person and by telephone, responding to administrative queries professionally and efficiently.
- Providing high-quality administrative support to Advisers and the wider Practice while maintaining excellent standards of client service.
- Preparing accurate and professional client meeting packs, ensuring all relevant documentation and information is available for Advisers ahead of meetings.
- Processing new business and liaising with St. James’s Place administration teams.
- Preparing and sending client correspondence and requests for information.
- Managing and tracking end-to-end client and business processes, ensuring they are completed efficiently and in line with Practice, St. James’s Place and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining accurate client records and effectively utilising Practice systems and processes.
- Supporting the wider Practice with general administrative requirements as needed.

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Client-focused with excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and work to agreed deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with excellent written communication and a strong focus on accuracy.
- Experienced in an office support or administration role within Financial Services.
- Ideally experienced within an SJP or IFA practice
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Experienced with Salesforce would be advantageous.
- Professional and discreet when dealing with confidential client information.
- Comfortable communicating with clients, colleagues, providers and other third parties.
