About the Role
Due to the continued growth of Phil Anderson Financial Services, we are looking to recruit a Financial Services Administrator to join our team at our Carden Place office in Aberdeen.
We have recently expanded our adviser team, including taking on several trainee financial advisers who are now progressing to seeing and advising clients. As a result, we are looking for an additional member of our administration team to support our advisers and help us continue to provide a high standard of service to our clients.
This would be an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career within financial services.
Previous financial services experience would be helpful but is not essential, as full training will be provided.

- Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with client enquiries
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to financial advisers
- Preparing client correspondence and documentation
- Assisting with the preparation and writing of financial planning reports
- Updating and maintaining client records and internal systems
- Liaising with clients, product providers and other third parties
- Helping advisers prepare for client meetings
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
Full training will be provided, including training on our systems and report writing.
