We are hiring for our client, a well-established financial planning organisation, to appoint a Senior Financial Services Administrator based in East Belfast.
This Senior Financial Services Administrator role offers an excellent opportunity to join a successful team within a wider financial services group, providing high-quality administrative support across pensions, investments, protection and financial planning services.

The Role
- Provide senior-level administrative support to financial advisers and clients
- Manage end-to-end administration across pensions, investments, protection and financial planning services
- Prepare and process client documentation accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with clients, providers, platforms and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Support the preparation of client reviews, reports and adviser meetings
- Process applications, valuations, policy updates and client requests
- Monitor workflow and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timescales

- Support continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures
The Person
- Previous experience within financial services administration is essential
- Strong understanding of pensions, investments, protection or wealth management processes
- Experience supporting financial advisers or working within an IFA environment desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and financial services systems
- Professional, proactive and committed approach to delivering excellent service
