About Armstrongs Wealth Planning
At Armstrongs Wealth, we're more than a financial planning firm—we're a team dedicated to helping people make confident financial decisions and achieve long-term peace of mind.
As a growing independent financial planning practice, based in Nuneaton and working from offices in Nuneaton, Hinckley, Coventry and Evesham, we provide holistic financial advice to individuals, families and business owners. We believe great advice starts with understanding our clients, building lasting relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Working closely alongside one of the region's largest accountancy practices gives us access to a diverse client base, from self-employed professionals and company directors to high-net-worth individuals, retirees and growing businesses. This means every day brings new opportunities, varied work and rewarding client interactions.
If you're looking to develop your career within a supportive, professional and ambitious business where your contribution genuinely makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
Due to continued growth, we're looking for an organised and motivated Wealth Planning Administrator to join our expanding team, working from our main site in Nuneaton.
This is a key role supporting our Financial Planners by ensuring the efficient administration of client cases from initial enquiry through to implementation and ongoing servicing, while helping to deliver an exceptional client experience.
This position is ideal for someone who already has experience within financial services and is looking to build a long-term career in financial planning. As our business continues to grow, we are committed to developing our people. For the right individual, there will be genuine opportunities to progress into a Paraplanner or Financial Adviser role through structured training, mentoring and support towards professional qualifications.
Whether your ambition is to become a technical specialist or provide regulated financial advice, Armstrongs Wealth offers a clear career pathway within a supportive and growing business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
