Add Wealth Management Limited is a well-established firm of Independent Financial Advisers based in Bromley, Kent. Operating from Suite 3, Carlton Chambers, 5-6 Station Road, Shortlands, BR2 0EY, we provide impartial financial advice and planning services to a diverse range of clients.

The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team on a full-time, office-based basis in Bromley.
The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to our advisers, assisting with the smooth management of mortgage and protection applications from initial enquiry through to completion. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and the confidence to use your own initiative when managing tasks and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls and take accurate messages.
- Manage mortgage and protection applications from enquiry through to completion.
- Monitor and track cases across multiple lenders and providers.
- Communicate regularly with clients, solicitors, lenders, and providers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
- Draft, compose, and send professional letters and emails.
- Update and maintain client records on the back-office system.
- Assist with photocopying, document preparation, and collation of materials.
- Organise and distribute incoming and outgoing post.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve office processes and administrative efficiency.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives that support business objectives and enhance the company's reputation.
- Support advisers and colleagues with additional administrative duties as required.

Skills and Experience
Essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High level of accuracy when updating systems and processing documentation.

Desirable
- Previous experience within financial services, mortgage administration, or wealth management.
- GCSE grades 6/B or above for English & Maths.
- Business or Finance A Level.
- Knowledge of mortgage and protection products.
- Familiarity with financial services back-office systems.
- Understanding of FCA-regulated environments.
