Role Description

The Financial Services Administrator is a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Brighton and Hove Area, with some flexibility to work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The Administrator will handle telephone and email inquiries, assist with onboarding processes, and contribute to maintaining high standards of service for both clients and candidates. The position requires consistent collaboration with recruitment consultants and other team members to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including document management, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Proficiency in office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or recruitment databases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle client and candidate queries professionally.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when processing information, preparing reports, and maintaining compliance-related documentation.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a hybrid environment with limited supervision.
  • Understanding of or interest in financial services, recruitment processes, and regulatory requirements is highly beneficial.
  • Previous experience in administration, financial services support, or recruitment support is preferred but not essential.
  • Relevant education such as A-levels, vocational qualifications, or a degree in business, finance, or a related field is advantageous.
