Rayify is hiring credit, insurance, private markets, public policy and GRC experts for two jobs:

  • Designing workflows across your domain's lifecycle
  • Evaluating AI-generated outputs for accuracy, rigour and domain quality

The engagement is remote and hourly. You are paid from the first session. We invite applicants from around the world.

About Rayify

Rayify builds agentic AI workflows and decision intelligence systems for regulated financial services: insurance, credit, private markets, public policy and GRC. Rayify workflows run on your own infrastructure, train on your data, and produce an audit trail boards and regulators can follow. We also run AI training and enablement for financial institutions, from technical hands-on workshops to non-technical sessions for business teams, executives and boards.

What you'll do

Design the workflows

  • Paid working sessions mapping workflows within your domain: the steps, decision points, checks, handoffs and failure modes.
  • Co-design workflow specifications an agent can be built, validated and tested against, covering inputs, outputs, escalation points and success metrics.
  • Define new tasks that reflect how the work gets done in practice.

Evaluate the outputs

  • Review and grade AI-generated work products against domain quality rubrics.
  • Flag missing steps, factual errors, thin reasoning, flawed assumptions, and outputs.
  • Produce instruction specs and gold standard examples: the reference deliverables that define what correct looks like for an agent.
  • Design difficult domain tasks and evaluation sets, and help the research team build domain-specific skills and tools.
  • Calibrate with researchers and specialists in adjacent fields so standards stay consistent.

The domains and workflows we cover

Credit

  • Workflows include: Credit policy; origination and pre-screening; underwriting and credit analysis; documentation and closing; loan administration; covenant and portfolio monitoring; amendments, collections and workouts; repayments and exit; reporting and wind-down.
  • Deliverables include: Screening memos and term sheet drafts, financial spreading and risk ratings, credit papers and committee packs, compliance certificate reviews and restructuring proposals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
