About the Team:
The Sales Analyst Intern supports the Investor Services business development efforts reporting into the Relationship Excellence Discipline. This role works directly with the Global Sales and Relationship Management teams with a focus on business development for BBH’s fund services. This individual will work closely with other global team members supporting users across the US, European, and Asian offices to provide support. The individual will also work closely with both global and local teams on ongoing Salesforce, business development, and thought leadership initiatives in an effort to help grow the business globally.
BBH’s Investor Fund Services team provides investment solutions to global investment managers across a myriad of private funds across numerous asset classes, including hedge, private equity, private credit, real assets, and secondaries. BBH provides banking, custody, depository, fund accounting, fund administration, and transfer agency services across multiple global domiciles, currently servicing over $ 5 trillion in assets under administration / custody.

Your Intern responsibilities include:
- Utilize available market data to assist the sales team with actionable market intelligence, information gathering, client profile development, and lead generation.
- Support Relationship Excellence team with organizing and maintaining global sales materials / collateral
- Participate in early-stage financial modeling to analyze new business opportunities and determine profitability
- Participate in new account onboarding and fund launches, providing administrative organization and assistance, where possible.
- Monitor key industry news sources for market intelligence
- Assist in defining best practices and training documentation
What you will learn:
- Develop technical knowledge and skillsets, including an understanding of the alternative investment landscape.
- Build professional relationships for information, support, references, learning, coaching and feedback
- Exposure to BBH business and culture
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Windows applications including MS Office, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Experience with data manipulation, analysis and cleansing
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new things
- Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written forms
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, while meeting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills
