We are now hiring a Financial Services Recruiter (International Market) to join our Scotland team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a growing global desk, supporting international clients while building your own specialist FS market.

  • Building and developing your own international financial services desk.
  • Partnering with clients across key global markets, including Europe and the Middle East.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across front, middle, and back-office FS roles.
  • Delivering high-quality shortlists for mid to senior-level mandates.
  • Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Building a strong international candidate network through proactive sourcing and engagement.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor on global hiring trends and market conditions.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in recruitment (FS experience preferred but not essential).
  • Strong interest in international markets.
  • Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ambitious, resilient, and motivated.
